HOPETROL spill containment is made from strong fiberglass material (SMC) cover and seat, it keeps water out while holding up to 40 tons of weight - just as strong as iron but much lighter. The cover and base fit together tightly to block all rainwater. Spill containment system is used for unloading handing hole well,measuring oil handing hole well,tank monitoring handing hole well,electrostatic grounding handing hole well,etc.

Additionally, a hand-pull connection mechanism is integrated between the valve and the handhole well seat, allowing manual removal of accumulated oil in the spill containment cavity and facilitating its return to the storage tank.
